从制备薄层的各种硅胶、调浆剂着手制备硅胶薄板，然后选择展开剂，解决海藻糖不易与其他双糖分开的难题，建立了一种理想的海藻糖薄层层析定性分析方法。用本方法可检出２μｇ海藻糖，简单，快速，灵敏。
