比较了定量测定苦养黄酮的两种比色方法,通过与HPLC测定结果对照、影响因素的探讨以及方法评价,提出AlCl3比色法比常用的NaNO2-Al(NO3)3法更适于苦荞黄酮的测定.该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠.
