用准静态压缩试验,对影响板栗破壳力的不同因素——加载方向、板栗大小、加载速率、板栗含水率以及板栗的几何形状进行了分析。结果表明,影响板栗破壳力的主要因素为板栗含水率、板栗大小以及加载方向;在沿Y方向施加载荷时最省力;由单因素试验得出了板栗大小和破壳力之间、板栗含水率与破壳力之间的函数关系式;由多因素试验得出了板栗大小、含水率以及加载速率和破壳力之间的函数关系式。
