绿原酸（Chlorogenic acid，CGA）是由咖啡酸的1位羧基和奎尼酸的3位羟基缩合成酯的天然产物，在医药、化工和食品等领域具有广泛的应用。本文拟从理化性质、生物活性、衍生化及体内代谢等几个方面对绿原酸的国内外研究进行综述，目的是为绿原酸的研究及资源的合理开发利用提供理论依据。

英文摘要:

Chlorogenic acid（CGA），an ester of caffeic acid and quinic acid，is a natural product widely used in pharmaceutical，chemical，food and other fields. This article is to review the research progress of chlorogenic acid，such as its physical and chemical properties，biological activity，synthesis methods and metabolism in vivo. The paper could serve as a reference for the research and the rational development and utilization of chlorogenic acid.
