本文介绍用2,3一二氨基萘(DAN)与食品中微量硒作用产生4,5-苯并苤硒脑的荧光测定法,并对实验条件进行了探讨。本方法的最低检出量为6.0ng,硒含量为0.01 ppm;0.1～1ppm时变异系数分别为9～13.3%、2.4～5.2%,回收率为90～105%。本法的精密度及准确度均高。
