中文摘要:

运用本院研制的CA型气调保鲜剂,对以玉米、预混合饲料、配合颗粒饲料、鱼粉等为代表的谷类和特种饲料进行保鲜试验,并与真空保藏、充CO_2保藏、充N_2保藏相比较。试验结果表明:CA型气调保鲜剂储藏能有效地防霉、防虫、抗氧化、安全无毒,保鲜效果佳。
