提出了利用交流电信号源注入测量探头的“交流电位法”无损检测原理,测定钢件表面裂纹侵入深度的定量数显方法。文中对这一测试原理作了简要论述,并提供了实施该测试原理的一个简易可行的电路,同时对该检测装置的精度进行了全面的分析。该装置中首次采用了单片机系统。
