为满足中性氨基酸制备性层析的要求,本研究合成出三种具有不同配位基团的含铜配位交换层析树脂,其担体材料分别为Sephadex G-25,多孔玻璃和聚苯乙烯磺酸树脂。由于在合成过程中采用了新的合成路线和添加适量的有机溶剂,促进了有机反应物在水中的溶解度,提高单位柱载量达33%,并且有良好的稳定性和机械强度,满足了制备性层析要求。
