研究了溶氧和pH值对赖氨酸产生菌FB42发酵的影响,结合发酵过程的动力学分析,得出了分批发酵操作的溶氧和pH控制模式。结果表明两种控制都使发酵水平得到提高,但以溶氧控制更有效,在溶氧控制模式下,发酵的转化率从33.6%提高到38.1%。
