从油厂土壤中筛选得到一株产较高磷脂碱基转移活力磷脂酶Ｄ的菌种，经初步鉴定为假单孢菌属，通过对发酵条件的优化，确定了最优发酵培养基和酶的最适ｐＨ值。

A Pseudomonas strain producing phospholipase D with higher base transformation activity was isolated from soil in oil plant. The fermentation conditions and the enzymatic properties were further optimized.
