在Ｃ８柱和ＮＮ２柱上分别用反相离子对色谱法和离子交换法建立了预混料和配合饲料中ＶＫ３（亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌）的ＨＰＬＣ分析方法，并对ＶＫ３在这两种分离模式中的保留值与流动相组成的关系作了较系统的研究。
