以柠檬酸、乙酸酐、脂肪酸单甘酯为原料，合成了各项质量指标符合ＦＡＯ／ＷＨＯ标准，ＥＷＧ和ＦＣＣ－Ⅲ标准的柠檬酸甘油酯（ＣＭＧ），确定了合成的最佳工艺路线，并以此为原料配制了两种复合型抗氧剂，抗氧效果优。
