氨基酸序列决定蛋白质高级结构是普遍接受的假设,也是蛋白质结构预测的理论基础.但近来不断有研究表明,同义密码子用语和蛋白质二级结构间存在着某些关联,这些结果可能对蛋白质折叠理论和基因工程有积极意义.本文对这一课题研究的最新进展情况进行了简要的分析与评述.
