研究了葡萄籽中低聚原花青素的提取.采用石油醚脱脂的干葡萄籽为原料，以乙醇为溶剂热提取后，通过调节pH除去蛋白质，再用乙酸乙酯萃取分离粗提物，最后用石油醚沉淀纯化产品.
