采用HPLC分析了聚甘油的组成，其线性聚甘油及环状聚甘油的保留时间的对数均与其相对分子质量呈线性正相关，线性方程分别为lgtR=0.0013M+2.5047和lg tR=0.0018M+2.3220.用化学法和HPLC两种方法测定聚甘油样品中甘油的含量，结果基本一致.
