中文摘要:

为了系统地研究玉米须中的活性成分,寻找其临床疗效的依据,试验采用气相色谱 质谱(GC MS)联用技术对玉米须中的有机酸组成及含量进行了分析.结果表明:玉米须中的有机酸主要有甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、丁二酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、油酸和亚油酸,其质量分数分别为4.26%,4.35%,4.21%,0.51%,31.16%,13.32%,9.41%,7.82%和17.31%.
