采用正交试验设计法，研究了超声波辅助提取大黄中蒽醌类成分的最佳工艺条件。试验表明：原料按料液比为1g：30mL，在体积分数90％的乙醇中浸润12h后，超声波辅助提取15min，连续提取2次，总蒽醌、游离蒽醌的提取率分别达91．91％和96．48％，明显优于常规煎煮法和乙醇回流法。
