以模型二肽Z—Phe—Leu—OMe的合成为对象讨论了高固液比条件下酶催化体系的性质。研究了固液比高低对二肽产率的影响，测定了高固液比条件下随着反应进行体系pH的变化，尝试提出该类体系pH变化的机理，并采用KHCO3和CaCO3调节该体系的pH来提高催化效率。
