中文摘要:

呼吸速率的测定与模型表征是实现果蔬气调包装的基础。采用封闭系统、渗透系统法测算青豌豆呼吸速率，应用Michaelis-Menten式方程、二次方程式进行呼吸速率模型参数表征。结果表明，封闭系统法测算值较渗透系统法低，模型结果与测定值比较吻合。
