中文摘要:

从中温大曲中分离98株霉菌进行纯培养，通过形态和培养特征初步分析后得到6个不同的类群，从各类群中随机选取1个代表菌株进行5．8S-ITS序列分析和系统发育分析。结果表明，分离的菌株分布在Monascus属、Eurotium属、Rhizopus属、Cladosporium属、Penicillium属、Absidia属等6个已知真菌属，揭示了中温大曲中霉菌的多样性。
