| 以HPβ--CD作为客体分子葛根素的载体,采用均匀设计法研究制备包合物的最优工艺,采用圆二色谱,红外光谱,紫外光谱,薄层色谱等方法对产物进行了表征,研究结果表明:产物的溶解度、光学特性、亲水性质等得到改善,为开发具有延缓葛根素作用时间的新口服剂型提供了理论依据。

| Uniform Design was used to select the best inclusion processing conditions for the compound of puerarin with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD).CD,TLC,UV and IR were applied to verify the inclusion complex.Experiments showed that solubility,optical properties,hydrophilic nature of the inclusion complex had been improved.That provided a theoretical basis inorder to develop the role of the time delay of puerarin new oral dosage form.
