研究以猪软骨组织为原料,采用碱液提取和酶解相结合的方式提取硫酸软骨素。通过对影响碱液提取效率和酶解效果因素的研究,确定了碱液提取的最佳条件为:碱液的体积分数7.5%、提取温度为50℃、提取时间2 h、提取2次。酶解的最佳条件为:采用木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的混合酶1∶1(w∶v)、添加质量分数1.0%,pH值8、提取36 h。

英文摘要:

This aims of this study is to develop an efficient extraction process of chondroitin sulfate from pig cartilage by Alkali-enzyme hydrolysis.For this,the optimum conditions were determined and listed as follows: Density 7.5%,Temperature 50 ℃,Time 2 h,two times.the optimum conditions to extracted enzyme are as follow: Mixed enzyme with quince protein enzyme and trypsin(1∶1)、Additive Quantity: 1.0%,pH =8、Extracting 36 h.
