| 利用响应面分析法对微波辅助提取北五味子中三萜工艺进行研究,在单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间和预处理剂倍数作为考察因素,采用响应面试验设计,利用Design Expert软件Central Composite设计实验进行优化组合,从而确定微波提取北五味子三萜的最佳工艺参数:乙醇体积分数53.6%、预处理剂倍数为4.6倍、提取时间1.89 min,预测北五味子总三萜提取率达到2.137%。验证试验证实了该方程有很好的拟合度,该方法具有提取率高、污染小、节约能源的特点。

| In this study,response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of total triterpenoids from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Bail by microwave-assisted l.Based on the results of the single factor experiments,alcohol concentration,extraction time,pretreatment agents were studied with a central-composite design.The predictive quadratic equations model was developed by Design Expert software.The optimal conditions of microwave extraction of triterpenoids from Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill were achieved and listed as follows: alcohol concentration 53.6%,extraction time 1.89min,multipl 4.6.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of total triterpenoids is achieve at 2.137%,this data exhibited a good agreement with the value predicted by the model.
