| 研究了竹黄菌固态发酵产竹红菌素过程中,培养基组成和培养条件对色素产量的影响。试验结果表明,最佳的培养基及培养条件为:玉米10 g/dL(颗粒度为0.78~0.95 mm),麦秸秆10 g/dL(干重),外加碳、氮源及无机盐为葡萄糖5 g/dL,NH4Cl 1 g/dL,CuSO40.05 g/dL,CaCl20.1 g/dL,KH2PO40.05 g/dL,K2HPO40.1 g/dL,MgSO40.2 g/dL;种龄24 h,接种量2 mL/30 g基料(干重),初始含水量50%,最适培养温度30℃,优化后竹红菌素产量达1.66%。

| Maize was selected as the fermentation substrate,the pigment production conditions were optimized,and the optimized medium composition were:maize grits(particle size 0.78 ~0.95 mm) 90%,straw powder 10 %(dry solid),glucose 5%,NH4 Cl 1%,CuSO4 0.50%,CaCl2 0.10%,KH2 PO4 0.05%,K2 HPO4 0.10%,MgSO4 0.20%.Initial strains age was 24 hour,inoculation amount of beads was 2 mL/30 g dry solid,moisture content was 50%,the optimun temperature was 30° C.Under these conditions,the pigments yield could reach 1.66%.
