测定了阿魏菇多糖（Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi polysaccharide，PFLP）的相对分子质量和单糖组成，在理论上为深入探究PFLP的结构以及构效活性奠定了基础。PFLP利用离子交换柱层析（DEAE-52Cellulose）和凝胶柱层析（SephadexG-100）进行初步和进一步分离纯化，紫外、冻融、电泳实验对其进行纯度鉴定。利用Sephadex G-100柱层析法测定相对分子质量，气相色谱分析其单糖组成。经过分离纯化、纯度鉴定后得到两种纯PFLP组分，分别命名为PFLP1、P
