研究了Pd/MSN纳米粒子的制备及其对葡萄糖的催化性能。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FI-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等方法对Pd/MSN纳米粒子进行表征,用于葡萄糖氧化制备葡萄糖酸钠的研究,并考察了钯负载量、搅拌速度及反应温度对其催化能力的影响。实验结果表明,Pd/MSN粒径分布均匀,分散性好,且具有较高的催化活性,最佳工艺条件为:钯负载量为4%,搅拌速度为500 r/min,反应温度80 ℃,葡萄糖转化率达95.6%。
英文摘要:
Prepared of Pd/MSN and its catalytic performance on glucose to sodium gluconate were studied in this manuscript. The structure of Pd/MSN was characterized by FI-IR,XRD,SEM and TEM. The catalytic performance of the catalysts used in oxidation of glucose was evaluated. The experimental results showed that Pd/MSN had uniform particle size,higher dispersion and excellent glucose oxidase activity. The optimal condition of the reaction was as follows:4% palladium loading,stirring rate 500 r/min,reaction temperature at 80℃. A catalytic activity of 95.6% was obtained under the optimal preparation condition.
