天然材料滤嘴添加剂在卷烟中增香降害的应用研究

利用气质联用、感官评价、顶空分析、扫描电镜等方法，研究了3种天然材料甘蔗(MZ)、香橼(HR)和杉木(G1)滤嘴添加剂的结构及其在卷烟产品中的应用。研究结果表明:添加了天然材料MZ和G1的卷烟的烟香更为丰富、刺激性大大降低、舒适性得到了有效的改善；添加了天然材料的卷烟的烟气的危害性指数大大降低，其中添加了G1的卷烟危害性指数下降了23.08%；3种天然材料的致香成分都较为丰富，其中以G1材料在高温下的致香成分的种类和含量最高；具有较大比表面积的材料具有较好的增香降害的作用。

英文摘要:

Structures and applications of cane(MZ)，citron(HR)and cunninghamia(G1)-derived tip additives in cigaretteswere investigated by GC-MS，sensory evaluation，SPME-GC-MS and SEM. Results showed thatthe sensory quality of the cigarettes with MZ and G1 was significant improved，the hazard indexes of the cigarettes with natural materials were greatly reduced(the hazard index of the cigarette with G1 was reduced by 23.08%)，three materials contained abundant aroma components with the types and the contents of aroma components in the cigarette with G1 beingthe highest at the high temperature，and the larger the specific surface area for the material was，the better the harm reduction for the cigarette was.
