本文为罐头食品热过程计算发展了一个计算机程序。这个计算机程序使用了一组温度方程和致死率积分公式。由于所使用的温度方程含有两个在罐头工业中最广泛使用的实验参数:j和f值,因此程序使用简便,可靠,而且适用于对流加热和传导加热食品。该程序可用于解决简单型加热食品和有一个转折点的转折型加热食品的两类热过程计算问题。
