对碱法纸浆黑液用于沼气发酵过程中的微生物区系进行了研究。根据动态跟踪分析，测定出厌氧菌的种类、数量及变化趋势。结果表明，总菌量随发酵期的延长而增长，当发酵进入主酵期，产甲烷菌成为厌氧菌中的主菌群。
