从我国贫困地区的生存方式，投入产出，产品结构以及低水准的需求平衡点界定其经济行为。从其经济行为的８个相似点探讨贫困地区耕地取益能力、农产品绝对工资含量和相对个人工资含量、“盲流”的形成及代价等。针对贫困农村的形成原因从８个方面提出治贫对策。
