研究了癸酰基－Ｌ－组氨酸催化下的苄酯基－Ｎ－苯丙氨酸对硝基苯酚的类酶催化反应。用ＩＮＤＯ程序计算了底物和催化剂的电荷分布。通过分析，得到了底物和催化剂的活性中心，并提出了一个合理的反应机理。
