给出了ＣＣＤ（Ｃｈａｒｇｅ－Ｃｏｕｐｌｅｄ Ｄｅｖｉｃｅ，简称ＣＣＤ）视觉检测系统的总体设计方案，提出了一种新结构的背景照明、平行光投影成像、ＣＣＤ光电接受、高速转镜光学补偿的光学系统．从测量方法上消除了被测件晃动或振动以及高速运动对测量的影响，成功地补偿了高速运动造成的影像模糊，获取了螺纹钢的清晰轮廓像．同时，对影响精度的因素进行了讨论和分析．
