用Brabender粉质仪研究了水分对Farinograph稠度变化的影响 .采用Bu(x) =a0 a1e-bx) (1 -e-cx)方程进行拟合 ,建立了水分对稠度变化影响的数学模型 .

英文摘要:

The influence of moisture upon consistence were investigated by using Brabender Farinograph. According equation B u(x)=(a 0 a 1e -bx )(1-e -cx ),the mathmatic model between moisture content and consistence was established.
