采用AF型气氛保鲜纸对无锡水蜜桃进行了常温保鲜和模拟运输的效果试验,并与其它方法进行比较.该法具有简单易行,投资少,见效快等特点.结果表明,用AF型气氛保鲜纸包裹的无锡水蜜桃,在常温下能显著延长无锡水蜜桃的保藏期.
