以稳定化米糠为原料，研究了天然水溶性稻米营养素和稻米浓缩纤维的制取工艺.结果表明，该工艺具有全利用、全天然和清洁生产的特点，而且水溶性稻米营养素富含米糠的优质蛋白、脂肪、多糖以及众多生理活性物质.
