在论述我国稻米生产的作用、地位和现状的基础上,指出稻米生产收益十分有限的根本原因之一在于资源的利用率不高,稻米精深利用技术已成为影响农业发展的一个瓶颈因素.稻米不同层次的精深加工,可使稻米多次增值,资源得到综合利用,有利于农业和国民经济的发展.
