中文摘要:

利用大孔树脂富集提取发酵液中灵芝三萜。通过比较4种大孔树脂对灵芝三萜的吸附和解吸性能，发现AB-8树脂最适合灵芝三萜的提取。结果表明：控制体积流量为2mL／min、pH值2，AB-8树脂的饱和吸附量达到最大，为8．837mg／g（以干树脂质量计）。确立了最佳洗脱方案，依次用水、体积分数20％、40％、95％乙醇溶液分段洗脱。
