综述了国内外食品塑料包装材料中增塑剂的使用、邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的毒理,以及包装过程中该类增塑剂各单体的迁移规律研究现状。比较了我国与主要发达国家的限量标准,并有针对性地提出了加强我国食品包装材料开发研究与管理的建议。

英文摘要:

In this review,the use of plasticizers,toxicity of PAEs and migration laws of monomers in such plasticizers under the packaging process at home and abroad are summarized,and some suggestions about strengthening research and management of food package materials are also provided through compared the limited standards between China and other major developed countries in this manuscript.
