细胞凋亡是各种抗肿瘤药物引发细胞死亡的主要方式,研究细胞凋亡发生和调节的机制,对改善和提高药物疗效,开发新型抗肿瘤药具有重要的意义。单细胞真核生物酵母能够发生细胞凋亡且凋亡机制从酵母到哺乳动物细胞高度保守,酵母已经成为研究细胞凋亡的重要模式生物。作者主要对以酵母为细胞模型,探讨常见的细胞毒类抗肿瘤药物诱导细胞凋亡过程中出现的典型凋亡特征、起关键作用的基因/蛋白,信号通路以及相关的凋亡表型等机制作一综述。

英文摘要:

A variety of anticancer drugs induced cell death in the major form of cell apoptosis.It is of great significance to study the mechanisms on cell apoptosis for improvement the efficacy and development of new antineoplastic agents.Yeast is the single cell eukaryote that can be induced to undergo apoptosis,and mechanism of apoptosis in cells from yeast to mammals,are highly conserved,and that the yeast has become an important research model organism.This review focused on yeast apoptosis induced by the cytotoxic anticancer drugs,including the typical characteristics of apoptosis,key regulators,signal pathway,and apoptosis-related phenotypes.
