诱变筛选出了耐pH、高剪切力,适合连续循环发酵生产L-乳酸新技术的JD.L-乳酸菌株。确定了连续循环发酵工艺条件:培养基采用棉粕水解液,培养温度51℃,PH值6.2,氢氧化钠中和发酵,氧化还原电位值(rh)为-100mV。流加速率控制在0.05h-1。根据连续循环发酵液技术要求,选择了采用1μm的微滤膜作保安过滤。然后10nm的超滤膜、相对分子质量300的纳滤设备,确定了菌体循环膜过滤基本参数。

英文摘要:

In this study,A strain,named Lactobacillus plant JD.L which could tolerate low pH and high shearing was selected.Then the nutrient and environmental conditions were optimized and listed as follows: hydrolysate of cottonseed-meal as fermentation medium,temperature 51 ℃,pH 6.2,ORP was-100mv,fed-batch rate 0.05/h Giving the characteristics of the liquid which was produced by continuous fermentation of cell recycling sodium salt method,microfiltration membrane whose diameter is 1μm was choosed to do protecting filtration.Then,the basic parameter of embrane filtration was determined by ultrafiltration whose diameter is 100nm and nano-filtration equipments whose molecular weight is 300.
