中文摘要:

采用环境扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、光学接触角测量仪等手段研究了漆酶处理对木材表面结构、热力学性质、表面浸润性以及持水力性能的影响。结果表明:漆酶处理后木材出现表面壳状木质素覆盖层被部分移去并出现孔洞、木材玻璃化转变温度下降、表面浸润性提高、持水能力增强等有利于人造板生产的性能变化。验证实验表明,漆酶处理后木材的加工性能得到了提高。

英文摘要:

In this paper the effect of laccase treatment on wood was studied by SEM,DSC,Contact angle measuring instrument.It was found that with the treatment by laccase,the encrusting substances of lignin on the wood surface were removed partly and some pores appeard.As compared with the control wood,Tg of the laccase-treated wood was decreased,the surface of the wood was easier to infiltrate and the water-holding capability was increased.It was thought that these influences were good for the production of wood-based panels.Validation experiments showed that the performance of timber processing was improved.
