大型真菌是能形成大型子实体的真菌总称，该类群中食药用资源极为丰富，许多种类具有显著的抗氧化活性。作者综述了国内外有关大型真菌具抗氧化活性的小分子次生代谢产物的化学结构及其活性的研究概况，以期对大型真菌的活性筛选、化学分析和开发利用提供借鉴。

英文摘要:

Macrofungi are those fungi with large fruit bodies, and they are a rich source of foods and medicines. Many of them have significant antioxidant activity.The review documented the chemical structures and antioxidant activity of the low-molecular-weight secondarymetabolites from macrofungi. The aim of this review is to help the researches on the activity screening, chemical analysis and exploitation of macrofungi.
