研究了Bacillus amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47对亚硝酸盐的降解能力及影响因素。结果表明,B. amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47具有降解亚硝酸盐的能力,当亚硝酸盐质量浓度为50~200 mg/L时,菌株对亚硝酸盐的降解率均高于99%。有氧培养条件下菌种最终OD600为2.34,缺氧培养下为1.07,但两者最终降解率均高于99%并且降解率与生长曲线趋势一致。在30~40 ℃范围内,亚硝酸盐降解率达到99%以上。接种体积分数选择1%为最佳。

英文摘要:

Ability ofBacillus amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47 to degrade nitrite and the effect of fermentation condition on degradation of nitrite byB.amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47 was studied. The results showed that among the nitrite concentration of 50~200 mg/L,nitrite degradation rate byB. amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47 was more than 99%. The OD600 of B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 under aerobic cultivation was 2.34,while under anaerobic cultivation was 1.07. However,nitrite degradation byB. amyloliquefaciensSYBCH47 under both cultivation were more than 99% and the tread of degradation rate is in line with the growth. Among the temperature of 30~40 ℃,the nitrite degradation rate was more than 99%. Inoculation1% had benefited on nitrite degradation.
