研究柑橘皮中生物碱辛弗林对营养型肥胖大鼠的减肥功效。提取、分离柑橘皮中辛弗林，纯化。制备营养型肥胖大鼠模型，模型动物给药4周，观察大鼠体质量、体脂、血脂的变化。研究结果表明：与高脂组相比，辛弗林高、中剂量组能明显降低肥胖大鼠的体质量、Lee's指数、肾脏及睾丸周围脂肪重量（P

To study the effects of Synephrine from citrus peel on weight losing of nutritional pinelosis rats. Synephrine was extracted from Citrus peel and then purified and the model of diet-induced obese rats were prepared. Drugs were administered intragastrically to obese rats for 4 weeks. Then the changes in body weight，body fat，blood lipids should be observed. The high and the medium dose group of Synephrine can significantly reduce the weight of obese rats，the Lee's index and the weight of fat that around the kidney and testis（P
