个人简介：

        Mohamed Mathlouthi博士是法国兰斯大学（University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne）荣誉教授，是法国Association Andrew VanHook主席，食品加工与糖科学技术领域资深专家，主要从事水与糖分子相互作用、糖结晶、糖的甜味感受等领域相关研究，出版了7本专著，发表150余篇SCI论文。
