主讲人简介：

        Timo Stressler博士，1983年出生。2012年博士毕业于德国霍恩海姆大学食品科学与生物技术研究所，毕业之后留校工作至今。Stressler博士主要从事食品生物技术，尤其是食品酶在乳制品中的应用研究，近年来在JAFC、J Dairy Sci、Appl Microbiol Biotechnol、Int Dairy J等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。
