Objectives

 

1Develop pathogen-killing techniques based on the study of membrane structures of pathogenic microorganisms.

 

2Develop vaccines based on the study of host-pathogen interactions.

 

3Develop new analytic methods to detect biohazards in foods.

 

4Develop new methods to avoid or decrease hazards forming during food processing.
